Sum2Rush is a casual arithmetic arcade game published by Compxed. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game and show ads. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
The data controller for Sum2Rush is:
For ads served through Google AdMob, Google acts as an independent controller of the data it processes. See Google's privacy policy linked in the Advertising section below.
All gameplay progress is stored locally on your device using iOS's standard storage (UserDefaults). This includes your current round, score totals, unlocked achievements, gem balance, purchased upgrades and ball skins, daily streak, and which tutorials you have seen. We do not upload this data to any server. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
Sum2Rush shows ads from Google AdMob to keep the game free. Two types of ads are used:
To serve ads and measure performance, AdMob may process: your device advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you grant permission), approximate location from IP address, device type and operating system, and ad events like impressions, clicks, and rewards.
Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
On iOS 14.5 and later, Sum2Rush asks for your permission before allowing ad partners to access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, ads will still be shown but will be less relevant to you. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
Sum2Rush is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ads shown in the app are configured through AdMob to request non-personalized, family-friendly content where possible. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because Sum2Rush stores gameplay data only on your device and we do not hold any personal account for you, most of these rights are exercised directly through iOS (reset in-app, revoke tracking, uninstall).
For data processed by Google AdMob, you can exercise your rights through Google using the tools described in their privacy policy.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also add an in-app notice or ship a new app version.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how your data is handled, please contact us at poczta@bpaprzycki.pl.
